A cazelle just down the road.
The cazelles were made from rocks that were found in the immediate area, the rocks are dry stacked, and the huts are perfectly round. Their construction is a lost art. No one knows how to make them anymore. When they are repaired, cement has to be used to hold them together.
I love these things. They are everywhere.
they are exactly like the Bories in Provence. In fact, the wine called Le Borie, is excellent, and about 4 euro a bottle.
