I don't know what it is about me and reading glasses, but honestly, they last on my face about 8 weeks. Tops. Either the frame breaks, or the lenses pop out on their own accord. This week a pin worked its way out of its moorings and one of the arms fell off.
But don't worry, I 'MacGyvered' it back on with a twist tie from a bag of biscotti.
All's well that ends well.
If I didn't know better, I'd think that you and Gerry were related. Good thing you guys don't need prescription glasses!
